HOW TO USE

Before You Begin

  • Ensure the main valve on the CO₂ cylinder is closed.

  • Close the working pressure knob on the regulator (counter-clockwise).

  • Apply thread sealant tape clockwise on the regulator’s male threads for a tight seal.

  • Confirm the regulator’s thread type (e.g., CGA 320) matches your cylinder.

  • For beverage dispensers, use a tank without a siphon tube for direct connection.

Step 1: Attach the Regulator

  • Screw the regulator onto the CO₂ cylinder finger-tight.

  • Use a wrench to tighten until secure.

Step 2: Connect Tubing & Components

  • Attach tubing or a bubble counter to the regulator’s outlet.

  • Run the tubing to your device (diffuser, keg coupler, or dispenser).

  • Add a check valve for aquarium setups.

  • Ensure a secure connection before turning on the gas.

Step 3: Turn On the Gas & Adjust Pressure

  • Slowly open the main valve.

  • Check both gauges — one shows cylinder pressure, the other output pressure.

  • Turn the working pressure knob until desired PSI is reached (e.g., ~25 PSI for aquarium or beverage systems).

  • Power on the solenoid if included.

  • Check for leaks at every connection.
